A psychic is a person that can tune into your psychic and will be able to know things about your past, present and future. A Medium is a person that can communicate with people that have crossed over into the spirit world. So, a psychic medium is a person that has the ability to do both.
A psychic medium may communicate with a person in the spirit world and may be able to see, hear or smell and receive information that can help you. Their own spirit guide or yours can also communicate with the psychic medium. Remember, though, not all psychics are mediums, but all mediums are psychic.

Preparing for my reading with a psychic medium?
The very first step is to relax. Have a calm and relaxing atmosphere around you. This will enable the spirit to be able to make contact with the psychic medium.
