Nostradamus Prediction
We have all heard of the Nostradamus prediction. But, how accurate were his predictions and how do they affect your life today? Nostradamus predictions have astounded generation after generation. Nostradamus published a series of prophecies called centuries in 1555. These predictions were so accurate that everyone that takes the time to read and understand their meaning are shocked.
How could Nostradamus predictions in the 1555 be so correct? In his quatrains (four lines of poetry) he predicted Napoleon, Hitler,WWII, nuclear submarines, ballistic warfare, and aircraft. Century 3, Quatrain 13 - "Through lightning in the ship gold and silver are melted, the two captives will devour each other. The greatest one of the city is stretched when the fleet travels underwater."
Most translators and prophets believe that this is referring to nuclear submarine warfare near the millennium. The fuel that is used for nuclear submarines is plutonium. Plutonium is also used to tip the nuclear missiles that the submarines carry. How did Nostradamus in 1555 know of plutonium? How did he know that is was silver in color? How did Nostradamus know that the color of plutonium would change to gold after being exposed to air? Plutonium does in fact have a stage of melting for just a second during an explosion. The two captives that Nostradamus predictions are describing could mean two different combatants that are place in a nuclear war that is inevitable. Neither side wanting this type of war. And there is destruction on both sides: Nuclear subs have been around since the 1960's. This puts Nostradamus predictions in our time.
How could a small poem written in the 1500's by Nostradamus' predictions warn us of things to come? Nostradamus foresaw things that were not even in his century. How could a common man foresee airplanes and bombs when there was no means to create these things in his lifetime?
